
Alexandra Rose Raisman, born May 25 1994 she is an American retired artistic gymnast. She was also twice Olympian. She was leader of the 2012 "Fierce Five", and 2016 "Final Five," U.S. women's Olympic gymnastics team. She received an Olympic gold medal for team competitions during the 2016 Olympics. Gabby Douglas as her teammate also was awarded gold. Raisman was awarded silver medals in the individual all-around, and floor exercise. Raisman has silver medals from the all-around for the individual as well as for the floor exercise. She was also the two-time national champion of floor exercises (2012,2015), the 2012 national champion of balance beam, and a five-time gold medallist in all-around at national championships (silver and bronze in 2016 and 2010, as well as in 2011 and 2012 as well as 2012 and the year 2015). In 2013 she was admitted into the International Jewish Sports Hall of Fame.
